This event is for Philanthropy Australia Corporate Philanthropy Peer Network members only. We welcome other funder members at the New Gen, Active, Engaged or Impact membership tier only who are in corporate foundations or involved in different forms of corporate giving.

Rachel Riordan - Workplace Giving Manager, JB Hi-Fi

Rachel is a passionate leader in social impact and workplace giving, currently serving as the Workplace Giving Manager at JB Hi-Fi. With a background in managing diverse health, educational and social impact initiatives, Rachel has successfully spearheaded programs that engage thousands of team members, driving impactful partnerships with numerous charities. In her time as Workplace Giving Manager, the Helping Hands program has won 9 Workplace Giving Awards, including Workplace Giving Program of the Year 2023 and runner up 2024.

 

 

Before her current role, Rachel served as the Executive Director of Soap Aid, where she transformed the organisation’s operations from volunteer-based to a sustainable commercial model, enabling the distribution of soap to communities in need across Cambodia, India, and Uganda.

 

 

Rachel holds a Master of Social Science in International Development from RMIT University, and a Graduate Certificate in Health Professions Education from Monash University. Beyond her professional endeavours, she is actively involved in her community and local organisations.

Anna Pavincich - National Manager, Community & Sustainability, Clayton Utz

Anna has worked in the not for profit sector for over 10 years, including her time at Clayton Utz working across the firm's community, Reconciliation Action Plan and environmental sustainability programs. Anna is passionate about working on corporate community programs by supporting employees to engage and positively impact the charities and communities they care about.

Marcus Ross - Senior Manager Community & Sustainability, Clayton Utz

Since 2015, Marcus has nationally managed the Community & Sustainability programs at Clayton Utz and is the secretary of the Clayton Utz Foundation. His approach to corporate philanthropy is guided by his previous work in the not-for-profit sector. With the law firm's focus on the needs of charity organisations, supported by pro bono legal work, his role is building strong relationships to ensure the best outcome for those disadvantaged in our communities.

Nikki Anstis – Chief Development Officer, Workplace Giving Australia

Nikki is a passionate advocate for workplace giving, dedicated to bringing together businesses, employees, and charities to increase philanthropic impact.

Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Workplace Giving Australia, Nikki leads the Business Development, Marketing, and Advocacy teams, collaborating on innovative projects with leading businesses, charities, government bodies, and sector associations to advance this effective form of giving. An engaging speaker, she regularly shares valuable insights on corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, and the evolving landscape of workplace giving.

 

 

Nikki’s career began in marketing and communications at Red Bull New Zealand, followed by over four years in high-performing business development roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, where she honed her expertise in strategic partnerships and corporate engagement.

 

 

A strong believer of purpose-driven leadership, Nikki is a Global Executive MBA candidate and recipient of the prestigious Leadership in Social Impact Scholarship (2025–2026) at The University of Sydney.

Amy Lyden - CEO, Westpac Scholars Trust and Westpac Foundation

Amy has over 25 years of experience across corporate, foundations, SME, and not-for-profit sectors as a senior manager, founder and CEO in Australia and North America. When Westpac announced a $100m investment to create a scholarship fund, she joined Westpac Scholars Trust as Scholarship Program Director in 2015 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Westpac Foundation & Westpac Scholars Trust in July 2022.

 

 

Previously, Amy was the inaugural CEO of Australian Scholarships Foundation (ASF), a start-up organisation dedicated to strengthening the not-for-profit sector by providing education opportunities. During her six years at ASF, Amy led the facilitation of 2500+ scholarships valued at over $5m and partnered with 25 universities and private education partners. 

 

 

Amy was previously Chair and Selection Panel Member of the Fulbright Scholarship program, a member of the Curriculum Portfolio Committee at the AICD, a board member of the Australian Businesswomen’s Network and is currently Co-Chair of Philanthropy Australia’s Corporate Giving Network.

 

 

Amy holds a Master of Enterprise from the University of Melbourne (Melbourne Business School) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. She lives in Sydney with her husband, two teenage kids, 14-year-old beloved cat and crazy yet adorable staffy.

Wayne Green - Director, Engagement (VIC/TAS), Philanthropy Australia

Wayne is a philanthropy strategist and innovator with expertise in advancing social change and maximising the impact of wealth distribution. With a dynamic background in international strategy and organisational change, philanthropic resource development, and partnership facilitation, Wayne has significantly influenced philanthropic and community landscapes.

 

 

As previous Executive Director of Honeycomb, a New York based philanthropy organisation, Wayne spearheaded the international development and expansion of youth-focused and next-generation philanthropy initiatives, as well as collective giving programs within the Jewish and secular communities. His leadership has been pivotal in shaping social impact and engagement efforts across North America, Australia, and globally, utilising evidence based and data-driven practices to enhance effectiveness, foster collaboration and improve program and service delivery.Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to forging alliances that amplify and deepen impact and deliver outcomes, Wayne offers a unique global perspective on advancing social impact and promoting trust-based philanthropy, changemaking and organisational growth.
