Kaitlyn Scannell - Lead Principal Consultant, Clear Horizon

Kaitlyn Scannell is a Lead Principal Consultant in Clear Horizon’s Systems Transformation Unit. Kaitlyn has a strong track record of developing creative and imaginative solutions to measurement and learning challenges, combining her in-depth knowledge, understanding and experience in financial, economic, and social analyses.

   

She is a natural systems thinker who enjoys working in complexity and uncertainty and a skilled facilitator adept in bringing diverse groups together to build working relationships and partnerships. Kaitlyn draws on her systems thinking expertise to develop integrated and transformative strategies across a range of sectors, and is highly competent in translating strategy into actionable and operational plans. She is passionate about leveraging her skills and experience to help create a sustainable and just future.

Kaitlyn lives on Whadjuk Noongar country (Perth) with her family. Outside of work, Kaitlyn can be found trail running, practicing yoga and baking vegan desserts.

Cynthia Scherer - General Manager, Anthony Costa Foundation

Cynthia has over 30 years of experience in the not-for-profit and philanthropic sectors in the United States and Australia. She brings knowledge and understanding of direct service delivery, program development and management, evaluation, technical assistance and training, fundraising and grantmaking. Cynthia is currently General Manager of the Anthony Costa Foundation, a family foundation in the Geelong region.
