Kate Randall, Outcomes & Evaluation Analyst, Community Broadcasting Foundation
Kate worked for many years as a consultant and program manager specialising in evaluation and capacity building before joining the Community Broadcasting Foundation. Her experience spans diverse sectors including disability, volunteering, rural community development, family violence, housing and homelessness, and philanthropy.

Kate believes evaluation is for everyone. She gets a buzz out of bringing people together to clarify the outcomes of their work, and set up practical systems for gathering and using data to demonstrate impact and feed ongoing learning and improvement.
