Phoebe McClements | Director, Impact Seed Partnerships and Chair & Director, McClements Foundation
Phoebe has worked in policy and strategy consulting for the past five years, predominately focused on supporting purpose-led organisations to achieve their financial and impact objectives. This has included developing strategic plans, business cases, feasibility studies, impact measurement strategies and conducting evaluations for First Nations organisations, not-for-profits, start-ups and social enterprises and domestic and international corporates. Prior to returning to her hometown of Perth in 2020, Phoebe lived and worked internationally for several years taking her to live in the United States and UK. During this time, Phoebe worked in the philanthropic and impact investment sectors and completed her Masters of Public Administration (MPA) at the London School of Economics (LSE). In her current role, Phoebe leads and supports in Impact Seed’s impact advisory team.
Additionally, Phoebe is the chair, and a director of the McClements Foundation. The McClements Foundation was founded by her parents, James and Meredith about a decade ago, with Phoebe joining them in the Foundation about five years ago. The Foundation primarily focuses on supporting Western Australian youth and education, arts and cultural organisations and diversity and inclusion programs. In 2023, the McClements Foundation made its first impact investment."
Adam Levin | Touchstones 100
In 2019, after 25 years in legal practice, Adam established Touchstones 100 to provide governance, leadership and strategic advisory services to a very select group of private clients, family offices and philanthropic groups in Australia. Bringing the ‘head’ and the ‘heart’ together, Adam facilitates and participates in formal family boards of directors or advisory boards along with family meetings (often as unofficial chair), family councils and mentors’ family members.
With compassion and wisdom, Adam helps families to flourish, collectively and individually, by finding and living their purpose and helping them to get the business side done too. He also loves to connect with others and is very active in philanthropy having advised on, established or been on the board of multiple philanthropic and charitable projects across Australia.
Prior to this role, Adam had an exceptional legal career including over 25 years as a Commercial and Tax Partner of Jackson McDonald and recognition by International Ranking Firm Chambers & Partners in Band 1 nationally in three areas: Private Wealth Law, Native Title Law and Charities & NFP Law as well as International HNW ranking for Australia. He holds an LLB and a Master of Taxation, is a Fellow of AICD , Tax Institute and STEP.
